During Easter we also produce a delicious leavened sweetbread where the dough is left to rise for about 18 hours; a process that demonstrates all our passion and love for what we do.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied fruit (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid) 20%, butter, egg yolks, caster sugar, eggs, natural yeast powder, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, skimmed milk powder, salt, icing 10% total weight.
