EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL FROM 100% CULTIVAR TAGGIASCA “DEVIA” OLIVES
It is a completely natural product derived by the simple cold pressing of Taggiasca Cultivar olives. It is unfiltered and does not undergo any process that prolongs its conservation or that alters its original taste. The natural residue (sediment) confirms the absolute authenticity of the product. It is yellow/green in colour, has a fruity flavour, with an aftertaste of artichokes, olive leaves and red chilli pepper and is harmonious and well balanced.
The acidity is around 0.2 gr/litre: a delicate and superior quality oil. It is ideal for any type of cuisine, and a natural complement for seasoning meat, fish and vegetables.
This product does not contain allergens in accordance with the EU and national legislation.

The production of an oil with a delicate flavor and unique is also guaranteed by the biodiversity of five hectares of fully grown olive trees, scattered at different altitudes in the area surrounding the company, some looking to the sea while others face the hilly valley.
The company produces extra virgin olive oil with Taggiasca olives, pickled olives, pitted olives and an excellent olive pâté but the highlight is turned on the extra virgin olive oil Taggiasca DOP (is for PDO, Protected Designation Origin) Riviera Ligure Riviera dei Fiori Cru Prao Conti.
This company can truly be proud of the great reviews and received (Gambero Rosso, Papillon, Tigulliovino, Appunti di Gola, Maisazi and Ligucibario), besides many awards over the years: in May 2008 the extra virgin oil Armato was awarded as the best extra-virgin olive oil cultivar taggiasca, in November 2008 the company won the award for the best olive grove of the municipality of Lucinasco, in 2013 the award for the best olives in brine mono cultivar taggiasca.
