This classical cake made with Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts is made following the traditional recipe that has been handed down from father to son, using only selected ingredients and contains no preservatives.

LA DOLCE LANGA – Pastry shop
In the historic centre of Vesime in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, just next to the town hall and in front of the Parish of San Martino, the Pastry Shop – Cafeteria – Cremeria “La Dolce Langa” owned by Fabrizio and Barbara Giamello opened its doors in June 1999.
The pastry shop is modern and comfortable and is located in the renovated building of a famous pastry shop “Da Giusepein”, renowned for the delicacy and authenticity of its products since 1898.
Today Fabrizio prepares his tasty cakes and biscuits respecting and promoting the tradition of local products; these include the “Hazelnut cake”, “Bacio di Langa” cake, fresh pastries and biscuits, “Brutti e Buoni”, sweet truffles, biscuits for breakfast, semifreddo such as “Moscatella”, “hazelnut panettone” and “colombe”, an assortment of homemade ice creams and many other delicacies.
The main product is Bacio di Langa distributed in many wine bars and in the best food and wine shops nationwide.
Every year, in July, Fabrizio and Barbara invite you to celebrate the anniversary of the opening of the shop and to the election of Miss Bacio di Langa; the magnificent scenery of the square, surrounded by live music, is the background of this elegant, pleasant and tasty occasion.
