Pastificio Cozzolino

Pastificio Cozzolino is located in Acri, an ancient town next to the Silan plateau, in Calabria, a corner of earth paradise.
This pasta factory works in the true artisanal way, respecting the classic methods of pasta making and the different production phases necessary to create a pasta of the highest quality.
The bronze drawing technique allows pasta to maintain a rough surface. Our pasta, thanks to the roughness and porosity given by the structure of the bronze holes, allows “once sautéed” to collect all the sauce flavours and colors desired. Therefore, it allows to create tasty recipes with an unmistakable flavor.
The slow drying, which takes place between 30/40 °C, does not affect the molecular structure of the starches in the pasta, so as to preserve authenticity, color, aroma, flavor and consistency.
Most important, this pasta does not contain OGM and the entire packaging process is hand carried, so that every single piece is intact, respecting the characteristics of the highest pasta quality.
