Hazelnuts and truffles come from the same ground and from the same areas, that’s why we decided to present this gift basket based on a special hazelnut cake and hazelnut sweets combined with the best sweet truffles from Italy

HAZELNUT CAKE

This classical hazelnut cake, made with Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts is prepated following the traditional cake recipe that has been handed down from father to son, using only selected ingredients and contains no preservatives.

Ingredients: toasted Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 35%, eggs, caster sugar, butter, wheat flour, potato starch, cocoa, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch, flavouring).

A variant of the traditional Bacio di Langa, where the percentage of hazelnuts is replaced with almonds and coffee. The creamy hazelnut coffee filling gives this pastry a very special and unique taste. Friable on the palate and full of flavour.
