Only Hazelnut sweets from Piedmont

Piedmont in the Italian pastry has a long tradition in the hazelnut production, therefore they are a basic ingredient for  many hazelnut specialties, such as some kinds of hazelnut cakes in cluding those with chocolate cream or hazelnut cream. Anyway hazelnuts and chocolate go well together in the preparation of a lot of sweets thanks to the mixed hazelnut chocolate cream. The most famous industrial cream is Nutella that, even is not a pastry cream, has became reknown all over the world.
