Reggiano Cheese aged 48 months

The origins of Reggiano cheese date back to the Middle Ages and are usually placed around the XII century.
Parmigiano Reggiano is made today with the same ingredients as nine centuries ago, in the same places, with the same expert ritual gestures. Today, as in the past, master cheesemakers, continue to produce this aged cheese in a traditional way with precious milk from the area of ​​origin. This Parmesan cheese is offered in a combination of two different ageing: 36 and 48 months.

Designation: Parmigiano Reggiano DOP  (stagionato 36 mesi)

Ingredients: cow milk, rennet,  salt.
Special conditions of storage and / or use: store in a fresh place, once opened keep it in the fridge.

    The Reggiano Parmesan cheese is light and tasty, because of the ageing. It’s never too strong and also good with red or white wine … a charming cheese!
