Parmigiano Reggiano is made today with the same ingredients as nine centuries ago, in the same places, with the same expert ritual gestures. Today, as in the past, master cheesemakers, continue to produce this cheese in a traditional way with precious milk from the area of ​​origin, natural rennet, salt and no additives.
