Italian Pancetta – bacon
Cut of Italian pork, consisting of the ventral part of the pig. Maturing is not less than 30 days.
The taste is delicate, fragrant with spices but well balanced. It is ideal in the preparation of stuffed meats and vegetables or to flavor the most varied dishes. We advise you to appreciate all its goodness on a slice of hot toasted bread. If you are looking for a special dish, place a slice of pancetta salami on the eggs halfway through cooking and add a sprinkling of truffle before serving. also good for cooking pancetta pasta or pasta carbonara.
