SEASONED COPPA – Pork cured meat
First quality Italian pork cut consisting of the back of the pig’s neck. Maturing is not less than 45 days.
Coppa meat has a full and sweet but spicy taste. Delicate and subtle scents distinguish it from other cuts.
Excellent on a mixed cutting board of salami, combined with seasonal fruit or mixed sweet and sour vegetables.
