SEASONED SALAMI – Hard salami
This Italian salami is a product composed of various cuts of pork meat (undershouler, ham, bacon, etc.), ground, salted, mixed, stuffed into natural pigs greased and left to mature for about 45 days. The skilful choice of cuts, the careful blend of natural spices, the care in mixing various cuts, the hand binding, give life to a salami with an intense flavor: all these things with the right cured meat ageing give you an excellent dry salami. It is excellent as a snack at any time of the day, but we suggest serving it as an aperitif on fragrant bread croutons with flakes of Parmesan cheese.
