SOLA BOTTERA (Aged cheese)
A cheese typically produced near Cuneo, between the Alps and Langhe’s area. The Sola or Sora has the shape of an irregularly shaped square and it’s made from cows milk. The crust flowers with many colored molds, and this depends on the aging process and the humidity level in the cellar.
