Tortellini with ham
This kind of tortellini, an Italian stuffed pasta appreciated in all the world as a noodle soup, are made with meat of raw ham, mixed to the veal roast. Excellent served with a beef or capon meat broth, grated Parmesan cheese and a good glass of Italian wine.
