Pasta d’Alba was born in 2006 from an idea by Dario and Rosangela: a workshop led by the family, which produces “ORGANIC PASTA” and with only ingredients from organic farming. Creativity, innovation, love for organic food and healthy eating are the values ​​on which Pasta d’Alba: a young and dynamic company, whose strength whose strength is product excellence. Dario is mainly the production manager: thanks to his inspiration all products are born, from the most classic to the one never seen before, like the pastries 100% millet, quinoa and amaranth. The support and knowledge of Rosangela, naturopath and professional in the field of health and natural food, have took an important added value to the company.

Recently Mark and Luisa, their son and daughter, have taken an active role in the small factory. From February 2013 Pasta d’Alba moved to new premises in Ricca (Diano d’Alba): the structure houses the laboratory for the production of organic pasta and a new laboratory dedicated to gluten-free products. The new line is certified and distinguished graphically by green labels with the well-marked “GLUTEN FREE”.
